Bianchi Chartered Surveyors (BCS) specialises in providing a full range of surveying and valuation advice including building surveys, schedules of dilapidation, landlord and tenant law negotiations, planning and development potential appraisals nation-wide. Tony Bianchi has been in practice at principal level since 1976 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors attached to the Valuation, Building Surveying and Planning faculties.

BCS was established in 1992. Prior to establishing BCH Tony Bianchi was a main board director of Sturgis of Park Lane in charge of the national and international professional services and building surveying divisions. Clients included major PLCs, international banks and high net worth individuals with substantial investment portfolios. BCS can therefore provide all the back up professional services required for trouble free property acquisitions and continuing oversight.
