Fryatt Architects has been serving clients since 1987, carrying out commercial and residential developments. In 1978 Andrew Fryatt commenced as Project Architect at British Rail Western Region and qualified as a Chartered Architect in 1982. Subsequently he was responsible for major Design & Build contracts at Wiltshiers a large contractor, then ran a Design & Duild company and a property company for Fordham PLC, and finally, before forming his own practice, ran a high quality commercial Interior Design and Build contractor as a director of Officescape Ltd.

Building:

Durkan Pudelek was established in 1992 and is part of the Durkan Group, which was founded 40 years ago. Managing Director Mike Pudelek has been in the building business since 1962. David Klein Property Services was established 10 years ago and specialises in providing strategic advice to businesses about their property portfolios, sourcing property development sites and investments, negotiation and transaction management.

Before specialising as a private practitioner in the property development and investment sectors, David Klein had been in charge of the West End Office Letting and Development departments of two major London surveying practices, providing services to major corporations and small businesses, and Vice President of in-house Property Facilities at Wells Fargo Bank. This experience adds, to the core analytical skills and negotiating experience vital to investment and development work, a sympathetic insight into the needs of business tenants.

Bianchi Chartered Surveyors (BCS) specialises in providing a full range of surveying and valuation advice including building surveys, schedules of dilapidation, landlord and tenant law negotiations, planning and development potential appraisals nation-wide. Tony Bianchi has been in practice at principal level since 1976 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors attached to the Valuation, Building Surveying and Planning faculties.

BCS was established in 1992. Prior to establishing BCH Tony Bianchi was a main board director of Sturgis of Park Lane in charge of the national and international professional services and building surveying divisions. Clients included major PLCs, international banks and high net worth individuals with substantial investment portfolios.
