Would you like to own or lease a new or refurbished factory, workshop, warehouse, or office designed to your specification?

PFBK can design to your instructions and build the premises for you. (We can help you incorporate your operating needs into the instructions by discussing your business with you and, for reassurance, supply you with checklists).

We can either sell you the completed product or lease it to you, whichever is the right solution for you and the circumstances.

We can build it on a site you already own or that you have identified, or we can find the site for you to buy as well. If it helps we can, subject to status, buy the development site for you ourselves when you commit to the completed product.

We can provide either a "developer's finish" shell into which you would put your particular interior design and equipment fit-out, or a " turn-key " solution which includes full interior tailored to your specialist needs.

If you want to own the premises, it may be advantageous to you and to your company if you and/or your fellow owners buy the property, possibly in a self invested pension fund (subject to new pension legislation and your Financial and Tax Advisers' recommendations) and let it to the company.
